By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Service.

MMINTY offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current subscription details are available on our website.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the subscription plan you select (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Billing cycles begin on the date of your initial subscription purchase.
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other payment methods as specified on our website. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees incurred by your account.
MMINTY reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect. Price changes will not affect the current billing cycle but will be applied to subsequent renewals.
We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically be charged for the subscription plan selected unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
MMINTY may offer promotional discounts or other special offers from time to time. Such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the offer.
These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either you or MMINTY.
You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on our website or by contacting our customer support. Upon termination, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not renew.
MMINTY reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Causes for termination may include, but are not limited to:

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. MMINTY may delete or preserve your User Data in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable laws.
All subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required by applicable law.
Pro-rated refunds may be issued at our sole discretion for annual subscriptions if terminated within the first 30 days of the subscription period.
If the Service experiences significant disruptions preventing access for more than 24 consecutive hours, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund or credit for the affected period, subject to our Service Level Agreement.
MMINTY strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service, excluding scheduled maintenance periods.
We will provide at least 48 hours' advance notice for scheduled maintenance that may affect Service availability.
If we fail to meet our service availability commitment, you may be eligible for service credits as specified in our detailed SLA documentation available upon request.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of MMINTY or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
MMINTY grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.
You retain all rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting Content, you grant MMINTY a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such Content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Transmitting any harmful code, malware, or similar technologies
Attempting to interfere with, compromise the security of, or disrupt the Service
Scraping, data mining, or otherwise collecting information from the Service without our consent
Using the Service to send unsolicited communications
Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating your affiliation with a person or entity
You may not upload, transmit, or share Content that:
Infringes on intellectual property rights
Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
Violates the privacy or publicity rights of others
Contains software viruses or other harmful computer code
We, in our sole discretion, find objectionable

MMINTY implements reasonable security measures designed to protect your User Data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.
We will maintain the confidentiality of your User Data and will not disclose it to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable laws.
You retain all rights to your User Data. MMINTY claims no ownership over your User Data.
You grant MMINTY a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and transmit your User Data for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You may export your User Data from the Service at any time during your active subscription, subject to technical limitations.
Upon termination of your account, we will retain your User Data for a limited period before deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, services, or applications. MMINTY is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and conditions provided by those third parties.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MMINTY, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, MMINTY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO MMINTY FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
The limitations of liability in this section shall apply to all theories of liability, whether based on warranty, contract, statute, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, and whether or not MMINTY has been informed of the possibility of any such damage.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MMINTY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MMINTY, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your use of the Service.
MMINTY reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and sending an email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
MMINTY reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and MMINTY agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We'll attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting you via email.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and MMINTY agree to resolve any dispute or claim relating to these Terms or the Service through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us and you individually. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE WAIVING THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or additional terms and conditions published by MMINTY, constitute the entire agreement between you and MMINTY concerning the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
MMINTY's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of such right or provision. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of MMINTY.
These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by MMINTY without restriction.
